Scope of Project

  • > Enhance overall aesthetics and function of the interior space
    > Overall theme is to be modern + clean + warm + timeless

  • 1) Existing tiled counter to become a 42” wall with screen above (ie. glass)
    2) Add return counter for ordering & incorporate beverage refrigerator
    3) TVs on back wall for menus & vertical TV for specials & catering
    4) Paint existing ceiling tiles & back half of store

    5) Self serve soda machine (@corner of 42” wall) including syrup storage & Co2 tanks

    6) 2 Kegerators

    7) 2 New booths

    8) Remove interior awning

    9) New Lighting

    10) Polished concrete floor

    11) Left wall (mural wall) to be painted : Add CICERO’S sign & paneling to 34”

    12) Front right corner : wall treatment & built-in TV | “L” shaped bar seating | 2 person table

    13) Remove ceiling fans

    14) New glass door (entry)

    15) Relocate toppings station
